We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . This position requires a proactive, team-oriented leader who can thrive in a growing organization. This highly visible position, which reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will interact heavily with the Senior Management Team. The incumbent will have broad responsibility across corporate and operational financial and accounting functions, directing functions such as: monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, business partnering, modeling and other value added financial analysis. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is able to support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities while giving guidance and direction to the finance team in the routine financial operations of the company.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible to oversee the financial operations of the Company to ensure current and future financial stability for all divisions. This position will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management team as a leader, financial advisor, and strategist to improve financial performance of the Company. The CFO will be responsible to identify and address potential financial risks through routine analysis and tracking of cash flow.

Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years' advanced leadership experience in the financial operations for Multi-Entities
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Strong analytical capabilities including financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and data analysis
A strategic team-oriented player with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
Strong cultural competence and appreciation for working with diverse teams and for an organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Track record of building and leading effective teams; evidence of building a customer-centric, data-driven team culture and coaching/developing others to maximize their potential
Collaborative approach to executive leadership, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet goals and improve organizational performance
Strong communication, influencing, and listening skills with the demonstrated ability to articulate reasoning and clear thought processes to diverse audiences
Compelling leadership presence, with a track record of working effectively with Boards and other members of senior staff
Demonstrated capability to partner with revenue-generating departments to set and achieve financial, strategic, and operational goals
Strong track record of designing and enhancing financial systems and processes
Expertise managing external resources including auditors, benefit providers, and other professionals
Well versed in retirement benefit planning, investments, general liability insurance, and knowledge of group insurance benefits and funding a plus
Strives to build financial fluency and confidence across the organization
Essential Functions:
Lead the finance department of the company to ensure alignment with company goals and focuses
Provide strong, forward-looking analytical leadership in the area of finance
Daily Cash Review and Management of Cash Between Companies
Acquisition Analysis, Document Review and Negotiation, Pro Forma
Develop strategy employed in and review of rolling 5-year cash forecast (GCF)
Cost Report oversight and Settlement review when applicable
Drive performance parameters and feedback to the accounting team
Analyze financial processes and procedures for efficiency, effectiveness, and positive impact to all shareholders
Drive and operate agile and effective planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processes
Tax returns review
Quarterly bank financial Statements, Covenant Tests and Compliance Certificates
Quarterly QA Meeting and CAPEX Review & Approval
Set budget strategy, review budgets and write review of highlights and assumptions
Participate in the Member Meeting presentation quarterly and annually
Select Vendor Negotiation (Medical Supplies, Electricity, Health Insurance and other insurance
Manage the production of reporting tools and key factor reports to provide insight into revenue and operating expense trends
Identify staffing and training needs by evaluating employee performance and coaching
Cares Act Interpretation and Strategy
Provide information for insurance renewals
