looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team and be responsible
for handling all banking duties for the company, while also
providing support to the accounting department as well as
departmental managers regarding treasury policies and
procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Treasurer in managing the
company's daily cash positionProvide support and analysis for
capital market transactions including debt and equity issuance
Create financial models and/or analysis to facilitate debt
repurchase and evaluate alternative financing structuresPrepare
board and executive level presentations to guide business strategy
decisions and reportingWork closely with business partners to
forecast cash needs and liquidity requirements.Review and
recommends enhancements to cash management processes as
neededAssist the Treasurer in managing the Company's commercial
banking relationships, while seeking to identify and develop new
relationshipsProvide oversight of the Company's Travel and Expense
Policy and corresponding credit card programAssist in managing the
Company's debt portfolio including tracking of compliance with
financial covenantsTrack the company's bank fees while recommending
a strategy to minimize expenseDesign procedures and works with
accounting, information technology, and operations departments to
automate various reportsParticipate in dialogue with external
partners such as investment banks, rating agencies, legal counsel,
and accountants on transaction-related issuesManage process to
reduce company's exposure to financial risk, including the
oversight of the company's insurance programs Oversee the
completion of special projects including planning, assigning,
monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating
results, etcAct as primary administrator for online banking systems
for the companyAssist in maintaining Treasury forms, policies, and
procedures and answering audit requests from Internal and External
Audit teamsInitiate electronic transfers, tracking payment
deadlines, assisting with daily cash and expected cash receipts and
expenditures in collaboration with the TreasurerDirect all aspects
of the corporate debit card payment operations processes.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree required, business degree preferred
(accounting, finance, business administration, economics, etc).,
MBA preferred.Minimum of 6 + years of experience in finance,
accounting, treasury and/or bank experience preferredCertified
Treasury Professional (CTP) preferredPrevious leadership experience
preferredAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writing
