Job Description:
Harris & Harris is seeking motivated full time Call Center
Advocates to service customers toll accounts. Location: Onsite in
our Coppell, TX, office Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 and hour. ($16 for
Spanish Bilingual Candidates.) Schedule: Must be available Monday
through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Additional

Responsibilities: The Customer Care Advocate will help set up new
accounts, help service existing accounts, document account issues,
answer billing questions, and assist with offering solutions Must
be able to: Listen and offer solutions to upset customers Ability
to navigate through multiple systems and screens Represent our
clients in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while
working to exceed customer and company expectations Identify and
escalate priority issues to the leadership team Accurately process
and record call transactions Manage Call time effectively in order
to obtain performance criteria objectives Qualifications: Excellent
phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and
professionally Experience with debt collections, call center work,
or soft sales is a plus Must have a friendly and positive approach
to difficult situations Ability to remain calm under pressure Type
