is full-time. Employees are required to have the flexibility to
work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business
hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the
business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.--*All

Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of members.Work with hospitals,
clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for
services from members and/or providersProcess incoming and outgoing
referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake,
notification, and census rolesAssist the clinical staff with
setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage
ReviewHandle resolution/inquiries from providers.This is high
volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient,
productive, and thorough dealing with our clients and providers.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of customer
service experience in a telephonic or remote environment.6+ months
of experience working within the healthcare industryExperience
working with Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving documents),
Microsoft Excel (creating, editing, saving spreadsheets), and
Outlook (creating, editing, saving, sending emails).Experience
working with a PC and windows applications, with the ability to
learn other sometimes complex systems - must be able to work within
multiple platformsWorking knowledge of medical terminologyMust work
in Central Time ZoneAbility to work full-time between 8:00am -
4:30pm CST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime
given the business needPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience with transplant services and terminologyExperience
working in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic
settingProfessional experience in a clerical or administrative
support related roleKnowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codesTelecommuting

- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)

York / Rhode Island residents is $16.00 - $31.44.Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
