Job Summary: Integrity Marketing is hiring for a Guest Experience team member. We are looking for someone who wants to build an experience that is memorable and unique for every guest and team member that enters our office. This role’s main responsibility is creating a positive first impression for anyone that walks through our door by taking initiative to deliver an experience that guides our guests through their entire visit. This new Guest Experience team member is empowered to do what needs to be done from directing our guests to where they need to be, ensuring the guests are comfortable and have their needs met, and checking in on them throughout their visit. Let’s talk job responsibilities: Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest experiences. Greeting our guests and team members as they arrive, coordinating their entire stay in the office and informing them about the office facilities. Guaranteeing the highest level of customer service for our guests throughout their entire stay in our office receiving personalized services. Managing our guest services and our Company’s image by promptly answering all requests and making sure our guests leave with a memorable experience. Monitoring daily meetings and ensuring the appropriate meeting room is assigned and prepared. Establishing friendly relationships with regular office guests. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience team members – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time. Your experience and skills: High School diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Experience in roles that include Hospitality Management or Tourism About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
