About the Opportunity: EMSI is looking for a key team member to join our Medical Records Retrieval team. Each of our CSR's is cross-trained on all aspects of working each case from data entry to answering the phones to client contact to facility calls. Hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Plus, weekends and overtime as business needs demand. Responsibilities: · Daily contact with clients via phone and fax · Monitor cases to ensure the client's expectations are met · Review records for client specifications · Handle the task manager daily · Making and receiving client emails · Reviewing and providing statuses of cases to clients · Providing assistance to clients regarding website · Relationship management for their clients · Answering Caseworker questions Requirements: · High school diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred · Superior customer service and telephone communication skills · Excellent attendance and work record · Ability to learn quickly and apply acquired knowledge · Attention to detail · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products · Call center, medical office or law office experience · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Ability to type 30-40 wpm EMSI is proud to be an EEO-AA employer M/F/D/V and maintains a Drug Free Workplace.
