As a Senior Media Planner, Paid Social you will work across all social platforms to plan, implement, manage, and optimize demand generation campaigns. You'll play an instrumental role in helping to grow our business while having fun doing it!Note: This is a *hybrid role (*mix of working from home and in-office) and can be based in any of these Hub office locations: Dallas area (Carrollton), Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan).About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Media Planner, Paid Social, you will:

  • Define a campaign strategy and media plan that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop forecasts and quarterly, and yearly plans in collaboration with Paid Social Manager.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated social campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on critical client metrics.
  • Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis, and keep clients updated on account status.
  • Support the Manager in data acquisition or campaign insights for quarterly or annual business reviews.
  • Understand assigned products and corresponding marketing objectives, and sales goals.
  • Present practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimizations.
  • You'll stay current on industry trends and standard methodologies, focusing on how innovations and changes can help improve offerings to accounts.
  • Can you help us build a better practice? Think creatively and develop tools and creative tactics to improve efficiencies.
  • Create, or assist in creating, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.About YouYou could be a fit for the role of Senior Media Planner, Paid Social if you have/are:
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working on paid social campaign management
    • A true cross-channel social marketer with hands-on experience planning/buying across Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn platforms
    • Experience measuring success across a variety of campaigns and objectives
    • Experience in reporting results to stakeholders
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Prior experience in an agency environment is highly desired, but talent from publishers, clients, and ad-tech backgrounds are a plus also
