WRG is a woman-owned organization dedicated to community, customer service, and improving your life at work. We are MillerKnoll Certified Dealer and one of the largest, most prominent furniture dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We are seeking a creative Marketing Summer Intern to join the WRG Marketing team. This position will work alongside the Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing efforts and position WRG as the top dealer in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.Essential Job Responsibilities

Support the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and prospect/client questionnairesProject manage overall RFP/RFI process by assigning tasks, ensuring deliverables are submitted, and deadlines are met Prepare client reports and presentations Assist in website and social media reporting and analytics for monthly/quarterly reviewsSchedule and monitor posts for social media using the Hootsuite PlannerProvide graphic design support and copywriting for print and digital communicationsProvide administrative support such as: event planning, organizing marketing materials, and updating office documentsPosition Requirements:

Proficient -in MS Office Suite Proficient -in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopComfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven and detail-oriented environmentFamiliarity with social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and PinterestPowered by JazzHR
