Job Description:
Aramark is actively seeking a skilled Kitchen Appliances
Technician to join our Technical Support & Troubleshooting team,
dedicated to ensuring the reliability and operational efficiency of
kitchen appliances and equipment within our extensive network of
institutions, including universities, schools, and hospitals. This
role is pivotal in maintaining Aramark's commitment to excellence
and innovation in serving its clients. The successful candidate
will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining
various kitchen equipment to promote optimal operations. Diagnose
and repair malfunctions in kitchen appliances and equipment Perform
routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue
to run smoothly and efficiently Respond to service requests and
emergencies as needed Maintain detailed records of services
rendered, parts used, and repairs conducted Stay informed on the
latest industry technologies and methods for appliance repair
Collaborate with facility managers and other team members to
schedule repairs and maintenance Ensure compliance with all safety
and health regulations during operations and repairs Proven ability
to diagnose and repair a variety of commercial kitchen appliances
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
communication and customer service skills Ability to read and
understand technical diagrams and manuals Skills in using tools and
diagnostic equipment for appliance repair Certification from a
recognized appliance repair program EPA certification for handling
refrigerants (if applicable)
