Join Culligan of DFW as a Bottless Water Cooler Installer/Service
Tech and be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch
hydration solutions in North, TX. This role is perfect for
individuals who enjoy hands-on work and delivering exceptional
customer service. This role includes a take-home company vehicle,
with tools and uniforms provided. Responsibilities: Install and
maintain botteless water cooler systems at customer locations.
Conduct routine service checks to ensure optimal performance of
water coolers. Respond promptly to service requests and
troubleshoot issues effectively. Educate customers on proper usage
and maintenance of water cooler systems. Manage inventory and order
parts as needed for repairs and installations. Document service
visits and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and
customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and company
policies during all service activities. Requirements: High school
diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous
experience in installation or service roles preferred. Valid
driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving
skills and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and
customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs of equipment
and perform physical tasks. Detail-oriented with a commitment to
quality work. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced
