Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
support elementary school students in Garland, TX. This contract
role is scheduled for the current school year and offers an
opportunity to contribute to the development of young learners by
addressing their speech and language needs in a supportive
educational setting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and
language assessments to identify student needs. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational
goals. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to
support student success. - Maintain accurate records and
documentation of student progress. - Provide direct therapy
services to students individually and in small groups.
Qualifications: - Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). - Experience working as a
school-based SLP, preferably with elementary-aged children. -
Strong knowledge of school speech-language pathology practices and
protocols. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -
Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology. Location:
Garland, TX This contract position requires immediate availability,
with anticipated assignment through the current school year.
