Technician with strong commercial experience and a passion for VRF
(Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems . This role is designed for

excellence across Texas and beyond. What You’ll Do As a Senior HVAC
Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining,
optimizing, and improving commercial VRF systems. Your
responsibilities will include: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing
commercial VRF HVAC systems Communicating clearly and
professionally with customers to build confidence and trust
Managing service documentation, parts ordering, and job completion
timelines Leading VRF remediation efforts and system performance
improvements Mentoring and supporting junior technicians in the
field Collaborating with the service team to develop performance
strategies and best practices What We’re Looking For 5 years of
experience in commercial HVAC service Strong understanding of
refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and control systems VRF
experience strongly preferred; motivated candidates willing to
specialize will be trained Exceptional troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills Commitment to continuous learning and
technical excellence Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
