Coordinate with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient and high?quality service. Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new systems or components and complete routine maintenance to keep customer vehicles operating at peak performance. Support Customer Understanding: Explain diagnoses, recommended repairs, and available solutions to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure service satisfaction. Document All Work Performed: Record repair and maintenance activities, note any concerns encountered, and prepare thorough, accurate service reports.
