equipment tech to join a highly respected company. We are looking
for a tech that wants to be a part of a team and takes pride in
getting the job done right! We are looking for someone looking for
a full time career, not temporary help. Must be a team player with
a positive attitude! Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills
REQUIRED An understanding of electrical and plumbing is REQUIRED
Depending on your level of skill and experience, you can expect the
1st 1-3 months you'll be assisting other techs to become familiar
with our systems, standards and expectations. Dickson Brothers is a
pool equipment install and repair company NOT a pool cleaning
route. We install and repair automation, heaters, pumps, filters,
and all other required and desired pool equipment. Starting pay is
between $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 a year depending on experience.
Qualifications: Able to pass a pre-employment background check
Dependability and trustworthiness Comfortable with working outside
in all weather Attention to detail Customer service skills Ability
to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems Lift and carry
objects weighing up to 75 pounds Mechanical aptitude Valid TX
Driver’s License and clean driving record - we supply your work van
and tools, you are responsible for them RAIL license required CPO
