Job Description:

Job Description Job Description Your Day, Your Impact Step onto a busy production floor where uptime matters. You’ll start with a safety walkthrough, review the preventive maintenance queue, and jump in where you’re needed most—whether that’s tightening a mechanical tolerance on a filler, tracing a fault in a control panel, or tuning a PLC routine to bring a bottling line back to peak speed. Throughout the shift you’ll communicate updates to supervisors, keep SOPs up to date, and partner with operations to drive improvements that make the floor safer, faster, and more reliable. What You’ll Do Own preventive and corrective maintenance for bottling lines, production machinery, facility systems, and grounds to keep operations running smoothly. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and protect product quality. Follow maintenance safety standards rigorously; report hazards and participate in inspections and incident investigations. Create, follow, and improve SOPs covering maintenance tasks, equipment care, facilities work, and special projects. Provide clear status updates to supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams on repairs and scheduling. Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas that elevate safety, efficiency, and reliability. Must-Haves Willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Trade School education preferred. 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehousing. At least 3 years in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong electrical skills, including PLC programming and troubleshooting. Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet and operating industrial equipment safely. Sharp attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. Clear communicator who can work independently and as a collaborative teammate. Nice-to-Haves Completed apprenticeship, technical school training, or an associate degree. Welding or fabrication experience. Evidence of steady growth and progression in prior maintenance roles. Allen-Bradley PLC or other automation-related certifications. If you thrive where mechanical savvy meets control systems know-how, this role will put your skills to work delivering safe, reliable production every day.
