the Enterprise Services Procurement team: ES Procurement & Program
Services is seeking a high performing candidate to join the
Technology and Transformation team within the ES Operations and
Business Services group. The Technology and Transformation team
provides leadership in continuous improvement leveraging RTX CORE
principles, process management and documentation, process
standardization, process automation leveraging Robotic Process
Automation (RPA), and Business Process Management (BPM). This role
entails close collaboration with team members and stakeholders
internal and external to ES Procurement in order to implement
strategies to drive process continuous improvement and automation.
Key stakeholders include ES Technology, Compliance, Procurement,
Global Customs, Strategic Affordability Management, Supplier Data
Services and Technology and Transformation team members. What You
Will Do Support the strategy, development, standardization, and
execution of overall transaction and process automation objectives
and long-range goals of the organization Establish and maintain
process automation operating policies and procedures Support the
deployment and management of transaction and process automation
solutions Provide subject matter expertise to drive effective
design and implementation of automation solutions Lead and
collaborate in cross?functional meetings to assess, prioritize, and
advance future automations and ensure ongoing sustainability of
existing automations Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree
and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced
Degree in a related field and 1 years of experience 2 years of
experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM Experience with MS
Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Working knowledge of
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Universal Commodity Codes
Qualifications We Prefer CORE Apprentice and/or Champion
Certification Experience with change management activities
Experience working with stakeholders that support the procurement
to pay process Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing
priorities at the same time Strong communication, meeting

This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within
commuting distance from Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ. Please

regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite
will be determined in partnership with your leader. As part of our

role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
