Job Description:
Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an
open position as Account Services Manager. Account Services
encompasses management of customer accounts broadly including
paymentprocessing, customer letter reconciliation and the handling
of all mailroom functions. The Account Services Manager (ASM) will
also own the letter vendor relationship to ensure all letters are
sent within statutory guidelines. This maintenance is typically
required to ensure compliance with all related federal, auto
lending and banking laws as well as to ensure accurate reporting
and maintenance of consumer accounts to both internal and external
parties.This position will: The Account Services Manager (ASM) will
ensure all mailroom operations are executed in a timely manner and
within company business hours. Such as: Sort all incoming mail by
department Ensure all mail is scanned into our letter repository
OnBase Manage the daily operation of the mailroom ensuring an
efficient workflow and resolving any issues that may arise during
operating business hours The ASM will ensure all payments are
processed timely Ensure payments are remitted appropriately
Process/post payments to both loan management systems (Shaw and
e-Collections) Reroute accounts to appropriate department for
account maintenance The ASM will be expected to appropriately
manage the Account Services Team, including but not limited to:
Hire, counsel, coach, train, and terminate staff, as needed. Manage
entitlement and timecard administration for the department. Manage
department schedules to ensure coverage needed to meet department
production goals. The ASM will gather, evaluate, and report on key
performance indicators and prepare monthly performance dashboards.
The ASM will perform first line of defense audits to ensure
compliance with policies and procedures The ASM will ensure all
department P&P are updated and reviewed annually ASM will
assume the letter vendor management responsibility and ensure all
mailed letters are indexed appropriately in the letter repository
platform Other duties as assigned and/or requiredCompany

Requirements Strong communication skills. Must be able to
communicate effectively with all levels of the company. Possess
excellent knowledge of credit bureau reporting, including the CDIA
Metro 2 reporting guidelines and FCRA section 623 (Furnishers of
Information). Knowledge or experience with Shaw Collections or
similar loan accounting systems. Excellent analytical and deductive
skills. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent research skills. Strong comprehension and must be able to
read, understand, and apply banking regulations and laws.Equal
