Overview
The Director of DuraFlex - Sales will develop sales plans for increasing product sales, strategic accounts, capital projects and distribution opportunities for the team of regional sales managers. Also, would ensure that regional managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and distributors while accomplishing individual revenue goals.
What you can expect to do

• Leading a team by setting challenging goals and demonstrating persistence to overcome obstacles.
  
• Outline strategic tasks into quarterly, monthly and weekly goals.
  
• Maintain and support a wide range of customer personas.
  
• Prepare bids off of building construction plans and run sourcing events to implement new business
  
• The ability to build solid relationships with a distributor network, targeted retail customers and internal teams
  
• Conducts risk assessment; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the account if appropriate).
  
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  
• Communicates and collaborates with executive leadership team to provide information
  
• Proficient comprehension of building construction plans including but not limited to: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, security and specifications
  
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• The position will require oversight of distributor relationships outside of the organization
