Our Sport Clips store in Denton is looking for an experienced Manager -to join our fun and family-oriented team. -As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.

Our managers typically earn $30-45 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses. Base wage starts at $19, and over 70% of our managers make over $70,000 per year (including tips, commission and bonuses)

Our managers typically average $64,000-$72,000 including tips and bonuses. Generous bonus potential for client and sales goals reached within the first 6 months!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A valid TX cosmetology license

Salon management, 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to work a flexible schedule
