      • Be our customers Custom Ink guide from beginning to end
      • Satisfy their custom gear needs all while building relationships that keep them coming back again and again
      • Cultivate an engaged, motivated team, recruit and hire top talent and maintain appropriate staffing levels
      • Strive towards achieving store sales goals and other KPIs and ensure the team is connected to these goals
      • Drive proactive outreach efforts for both yourself and the store team in order to build new long lasting relationships
      • Work on site and in the local community 100% of the timeHow youll be measured:
        • Convert warm leads and cold calls into new and repeat orders
        • Ensure stellar customer service throughout our entire process
        • Meet Store revenue goals
