Employee Bonus- Paid Annually Revenue Cycle Manager: Works directly
with the Director of Revenue Cycle to develop, implement, and
support IntraCares patients through revenue cycle functions. This
role oversees the day-to-day revenue cycle management operations
and works cross-functionally to automate and improve every detail
of the revenue cycle process ensuring timely revenue, steady
collections, and financial viability, making it possible to focus
on delivering quality care to patients. The Revenue Cycle Manager
will play a key role in the implementation of new processes
regarding claims submission and work as a representative of Access
Wellness Resources DBA IntraCare Health Center with payers in the
groups market areas and patients who have had care administered by
its providers. Primary Job Duties: Work with the Director of
Revenue Cycle to create, implement, and train on processes that
ensure accuracy and efficiency of patient billing, claims
submissions, and collections. Coordinate with internal teams,
payors, and providers to generate high reimbursement rates and low
level of denials. Ensure maximization of cash collections through
diligent and timely monitoring of all open accounts receivable
balances. Track the day-to-day flow of payments received from
Payors, Patients, and Other Agencies. Create reports, analyze data,
identify lost revenue, collect payments, and implement revenue
cycle management (RCM) strategies to minimize losses and maximize
cash flow. Create and manage automation of patient payments and
statements. Establish and enforce patient self-pay collection
protocols. Complete third-party audits relative to claims,
collection agency activities, and identification of issues Obtain
and verify authorizations for services. Monitor gross charges to
determine the potential need for an update to the fee schedule on
at least an annual basis. Report findings and recommendations to
the Director of Revenue Cycle Coordinate with internal team to stay
current on credentialing issues. Monitor volume of charge and
collection posting monthly to confirm that all encounters are being
entered in a timely fashion. Responsible for ensuring the
timeliness of processing and correction of rejected and denied
claims. Ensure accuracy of deposits, demographic and other
information entered into the electronic healthcare records.
Maintain open communication with providers, payers, and internal
stakeholders to resolve insurance eligibility and benefits, as well
as claims issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support
revenue cycle management and acts as a back up to Director of
Revenue Cycle Regular travel between clinic and company locations
required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education:
bachelors degree desired in business, finance, healthcare
administration, or equivalent combination of education and
experience 5+ years of experience working in Revenue Cycle in a
healthcare setting. 3+ years supervisory experience Ability to
travel frequently between clinic and company locations required.
EMR/PM systems experience Sound knowledge of health insurance
payors Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to
adapt to process improvement changes and evolving deadlines.
Attention to detail. Effective interpersonal skills Exceptional
time management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
