Overview: IntraCare is an employee and privately-owned company
which is operating in the high growth Medicare Shared Savings
Program (MSSP) and Medicare Advantage (MA) space. IntraCare is
recruiting a President & Chief Operating Officer that can provide
strategic leadership to help build an infrastructure that allows
for scalability through human capital and systems/processes, drive
continued growth and profitability, and increase return on equity.
IntraCare has a ten-year, high-performance national level record
which was # 1 in Texas for MSSP savings rate for performance years
2021 and 2022. Intracare is experiencing 300%++ growth in our
employed and senior portfolios with expansion across multiple
states. The company continues to operate with focus on speed,
independence, and entrepreneurial spirit. Company Background:
IntraCare, centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is
expanding rapidly. IntraCares remarkable journey began in January
2014 when Premier Patient Healthcare founded its accountable care
organization (ACO) for Medicare Part A and Part B patients. In
January 2016, IntraCare entered the MA product line of business. In
January 2017, the company continued to grow and diversify its
services, establishing the Premier Care Community MSSP ACO. These
legacy portfolios enabled IntraCare to partner with over 350
affiliate primary care providers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.
In December 2022, IntraCare further expanded its footprint by
acquiring 9 primary care clinics employing more than 20 providers.
As of August 2023, IntraCare employes over 40 providers and
continues to seek partner physicians through acquisition. Because
of IntraCares success in 2022, the company combined its legacy MSSP
ACOs to form IntraCare Premier ACO, an Enhanced Medicare ACO.
Premier Care Community was named the #1 ACO in savings rates
throughout the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex. Premier Patient
Healthcare was named top 14% amongst high performing ACOs in the
country. In July 2023, IntraCare partnered with ApolloMed (NASDAQ:
AMEH), deploying our joint Value- Based Care (VBC) platforms
enabling IntraCare providers to participate in the ACO REACH
program. IntraCare is expected to reach 27 owned primary care
clinics in early 2024 with 65 employed providers and more than 350
affiliate providers further expanding our MSSP and MA lives
portfolio. IntraCare is dedicated to expanding value-based services
to all patient populations with an enhanced focus on senior members
through Reach, MSSP, and MA offerings. Driven by a culture of

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) for their senior
Value-Based Care (VBC) path. Creation of concierge patient service

intelligence, dashboarding, research, and daily operations.
Building a technological and operational platform focusing on early
detection, consultation, and appropriate migration of palliative
care patients. Integration of highly customized transport services

seeking a President & Chief Operating Officer of a MSSP ACO and MA
Full-Risk Organization with employed and affiliate Clinics The
President & Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing
the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and
driving the company's mission to deliver outstanding healthcare
services to our patients. This role involves complete independence
and leading the operations of both employed and affiliate clinics,
with a strong emphasis on optimizing efficiency, improving patient
care, and maintaining full compliance with Medicare and other
regulations. The President & Chief Operating Officer is part of the
leadership team of IntraCare and serves as a single point of
contact for all operations. The President & Chief Operating Officer
will be responsible for ensuring operational success, customer
service, program integrity, and business analytics. This leader
will be accountable for KPI coordination, reporting and mediation
strategies, process automation, and oversight of operational
objectives. The President & Chief Operating Officer must have a
strong knowledge of and experience in managed care and provider
networks. The position will have significant and regular contact
with all internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates across
the enterprise to create and implement strategies to improve
processes with seamless delivery of healthcare services to ensure
service levels are optimized. Successfully execute change across a
very complex business model and technical infrastructure. Hire,
train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate
with executive leadership to develop and implement operational
strategies. Ensure alignment of operations with the company's
mission, vision, and values. Monitor and evaluate industry trends
and advancements to identify growth opportunities and areas of
improvement. 2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the operations of
all employed and affiliate clinics, ensuring consistency in
processes and patient care delivery. Identify, recommend, and
implement best practices for operational efficiency. Drive the
continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and best
practices. 3. Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with Medicare
regulations and other relevant federal, state, and local laws.
Monitor the organization's risk-bearing arrangements and financial
performance to ensure sustainability. Develop and implement risk
management strategies and mitigation plans. Achieve the financial
goals of the organization, including but not limited to medical
loss ratio (MLR) and quality scores. 4. Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
participating provider, and other healthcare organizations. Act as
a key contact for external stakeholders, including regulatory
bodies, insurers, and partner organizations. 5. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, promoting a culture of
excellence and continuous learning. Develop optimized staffing
models to meet organizational needs while ensuring patient care is
not compromised. 6. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish
and monitor key operational performance metrics. Regularly report
on operational performance to the CEO and board of directors. 7.
Financial Management: Oversee budget development and fiscal
management to ensure the profitability of operations. Identify
opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Responsible
for budgetary performance. 8. Patient Care and Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to continuously improve
patient satisfaction and outcomes. 9. Technology and Innovation:
Drive the integration of technology solutions to improve
operational efficiency and patient care. Stay updated on
technological advancements relevant to Medicare Advantage and
clinic operations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this
position will be an experienced and respected healthcare services
executive with a proven track record of growing a profitable,
multi-site business in multiple states. Willing to work in a
start-up culture, growing very fast and innovating. The successful
candidate will be a strategic leader, operationally and market
focused, with experience in clinic mergers and acquisitions, and
experience with full-risk managed care organizations focusing on
VBC initiatives. Minimum of 7-10 years of senior leadership
experience in healthcare operations. Strong understanding of
Medicare and MA regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution. Proven
ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. Strong
financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and
financial analysis. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Superb problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in healthcare information systems and technology.
Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Physical Requirements: While a mix of both travel and sedentary
role, 50% travel to clinics and other company locations will be
