Job DescriptionPNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work with clients to provide cash flow solutions and optimize their financial well-being.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle to grow revenue and deepen share of wallet with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal services partners to onboard and expand business portfolios.
• Identify and mitigate risk to ensure the success of client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.Requirements
  • University/college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in commercial lending or business banking.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
