Job Title: Vice President of Loss MitigationThe Vice President of Loss Mitigation is responsible for managing all loss mitigation activities within the firm's default servicing area.This is a fully on-site role located in Dallas, TX.RequirementsThe primary responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing loss mitigation processing, developing strategies, managing workouts, customer interactions, loss management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.The role also involves developing and enhancing reporting, reviewing workflows for compliance and efficiency, assessing and revising business controls for maximum effectiveness, and managing processes related to interactions with investors and executive management.Qualifications

• 5-10 years managing default mortgage servicing loss mitigation operations.
• Substantial experience managing Loss Mitigation within default servicing, including interactions with mortgage collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.
• Expert knowledge of investor rules and waterfalls for FHA, VA, USDA, GSE, and Bank-owned loans.
• Expertise in rules and regulations surrounding loss mitigation, including loan transfers, acquisition boarding, and in-flight loss mitigation handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management abilities, and confidence in interfacing with clients, auditors, and influencing organizational results.
• Experience with Sagent is preferred.
• Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.Benefits
