Job Description:

We are hiring Respiratory Therapists at various levels, from new grads to advanced positions, across multiple specialties including Adult, Pediatrics, Flight, and Diagnostic settings. Offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus for offers accepted by June 30, 2025, with terms and conditions applied.
The Respiratory Therapist 2 role involves learning, performing, and completing assigned responsibilities, providing safe and effective care for diverse patient populations, and serving as a resource and educator. It may include shift team leader duties in the absence of a supervisor.
Requirements include Virginia licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, current NBRC certification (CRT or RRT), CPR certification, and at least one year of work experience. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience and a bachelor--------s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Responsibilities involve cardiopulmonary assessment, airway care, ventilator management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
