by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or an American
Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion-recognized accrediting agency
req'd.
Perfusion License or Perfusionist Provisional License issued by the
Texas Medical Board req'd.
Clinical Perfusionist Certification (CCP) from the American Board
of Cardiovascular Perfusion req'd.
CPR Certification req'd.
