02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Call: None Floating: None Unit: 10-room, 19 bed/chair ED Patient
Ratio: 3-4:1 EMR: MedHost Requirements for this Travel ER RN role
in Granbury, TX: Active RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC (AHA or
ARC) Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Nursing Experience
with Trauma, Stroke, and Chest Pain Titers must be in hand at time
of submission This assignment in Granbury, TX is ideal for an
experienced ER RN looking for a stable night schedule with a
