is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed aesthetician in Texas,
and available to travel as needed. This role involves a blend of
office-based, home-based, and travel work, supporting our clients
in integrating and maximizing the use of TOSKANIMED products in
their aesthetic practices. Training & Education: Provide
comprehensive training to clients on the proper use of Toskanimed
products, focusing on best practices, product application, and
patient consultation techniques. Develop and deliver in-person and
virtual training sessions tailored to client needs, ensuring a
thorough understanding of product capabilities and benefits.
Identifying needs and opportunities from providers by asking
questions, interacting and understanding the market. Attend and
support client events, Toskanimed educational eventto offer
expertise and assistance as needed. Program Insights & Sales
Collaboration: Regularly provide insights and feedback to the
TOSKANIMED Educational Team Led to enhance the practice development
program. Work closely with the local sales team to support
accounts. Minimum Requirements Must be a licensed esthetician with
5 years of experience. Experience in a MedSpa clinic. Sales
background is preferred but not required Proven ability to conduct
both in-person and virtual training sessions. Strong understanding
of marketing strategies and digital marketing channels relevant to
the aesthetics industry. Experience with CRM systems and lead
generation tools. Ability to travel as required. Energetic,
creative, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving
skills. Charismatic and capable of quickly building trust and
