Our Physical Therapists are vital in helping patients overcome limitations and reach their full potential through innovative and tailored treatment plans. The candidate will work closely with a committed team of health professionals to deliver exceptional care across the United States. Assess patient conditions by conducting physical tests and health history evaluations. Formulate treatment plans to address the needs and goals of each patient. Implement physical therapy interventions based on patient specific needs including mobility techniques, therapeutic exercises, and home safety and independence strategies. Educate patients and families on treatments, therapy techniques, and preventive care. Coordinate with medical professionals and caretakers to provide consistent care. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes for continuing evaluation and adjustments. Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidential and secure. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and best practices. Ability to handle physically demanding therapeutic techniques. Strong communication skills for explaining complex issues in a clear manner. Empathy and patience to assist patients with challenging physical conditions. Proficient in using healthcare software and keeping accurate records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist state license. BLS/CPR certification.
