Job Title: RN ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Minimum of three years experience in an ICU setting. - Ability to float between critical care service lines, including ICU and step-down units. Description: Conglomerate ICU unit includes medical, surgical, and cardiovascular cases. Responsibilities will include management of TAVR, CABG, CVA, respiratory distress, TNK, GIB, DKA, CEA, sepsis, fem pop, thoracotomy, vent management, HFNC, TTM, IABP, Impella, CRRT, STEMI, HF, hypoxic respiratory failure, CHF, and pneumonia. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex and critically ill patients. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment are essential.
