Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Granbury, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM /n• Schedule requires 3 x 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend /n• No call responsibilities /n• Float to other medical-surgical units as needed /n• No 48-hour consecutive shifts /n• Request time off must be submitted in sub packet /n• RTO blackout periods apply (maximum 3 days, not all of spring break) /n• Patient ratio of 6:1 on a 40-bed unit /n• Required scrub color: Royal Blue /n• EMR system: MEDHOST /n• Must have 1 year of nursing experience /n• Medical-surgical experience required /n• Required certifications: RN license, BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC) /n• Current titers must be available at time of submission /n• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility /n/n Facility: /n This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community with a focus on medical-surgical care.
