ACLS (Preferred) Chemo (ONS/ONCC) OCN (Preferred) Must-Have: BMT
experience Outpatient infusion experience Description: This is a
clinic with no active infusion. Experience with all types of
cancers is required. Academic cancer center experience is
necessary. Experience with Epic and Beacon charting is essential.
Previous charge experience is preferred. The unit sees an average
of 120 visits per day. Infusion and hepatic pump procedures are
performed. Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation
services, phlebotomy, and social services. Patient diagnoses cover
all oncology types. Special equipment utilized includes infusion
pumps. Candidates must recognize and manage side effects of
treatments. Knowledge of blood product administration is expected.
Care coordination and patient/family education are essential
skills. Candidates must be able to assess and manage alterations in
skin and mucous membranes. Experience with various cancer types,
including but not limited to bladder, kidney, breast, lung, and
leukemia, is required. Ability to manage chemotherapy
administration safely is a must. Requirements Required for
