Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing
exceptional in-home care and support for our patients. This role
plays a pivotal part in achieving our mission to deliver the
highest quality care for children and adults with a variety of
medical needs within the comfort and security of their homes. The
ideal candidate will be passionate about nursing, with a special
commitment to pediatric and geriatric patient care. Provide basic
patient care under the direction of registered nurses Administer
medications as prescribed and monitor for any side effects Monitor
patient’s health condition and record vital signs Assist patients
with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating Educate
patients and their families on proper home health care strategies
and procedures Coordinate with therapists, and other medical
professionals as needed Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and safety standards Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work independently Proficient in
maintaining accurate patient records Experience with home health
care equipment Flexibility to work various shifts or travel within
the local region Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in the state of practice CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
