Job Summary and Qualifications The Multi-Modality Technician performs MRI procedures, mammographic procedures, CT examinations, Ultrasound examinations, X-ray examinations, according to protocol, used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you, who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. What you will do in this role: You will compassionately assist and position patients. You will start IVs for contrast injection when necessary. You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary. You will release the patient with proper post-procedure instructions. You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean/sterilize equipment. You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Required (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician High School Graduate / GED Medical City Las Colinas, built in 1997, is a 100 bed full service, acute-care facility.
