highly motivated Pediatric Urologist to join one of the country’s
premier child health systems. With unmatched resources for
innovation and programmatic development, we believe this
opportunity to be in the top percentile nationally. The high
functioning interdisciplinary team includes a unique blend of
pediatric urologists, nurse practitioners, social work, psychology,
and child life specialists and performs over 2,500 surgical cases
per year and sees more than 12,000 children in the outpatient
setting in various clinic and surgery center locations in
Dallas/Fort Worth. The group’s unique outreach and coverage
strategy has fostered key relationships with pediatric care
communities across North and West Texas. Key OpportunityHighlights:
- Da Vinci XI Robot in OR primarily dedicated to Pediatric Urology.
- Total of 17 state-of-the-art OR Suites. - 3 Surgical Centers (2
with Investment Opportunity). - State-of-the-art Urology Clinic
connected to the Medical Center. - Comprehensive Video Urodynamics
Suite in Clinic. - Several multi-disciplinary clinics established
to address some of the most complicated medical conditions
including Disorders of Sexual Development (DSD), Congenital Adrenal
Hyperplasia (CAH), Bladder Exstrophy (BE), Renal Transplant, Spina
Bifida and Oncology. Interest in renal transplant welcomed but not
required. - Travel by Private Jet to Satellite Regional Clinics in
North and West Texas. - Opportunities are available, but not
required, to instruct medical students and residents as well as
pursue clinical research with support including campus IRB, grant
writing, research nurses, and a dedicated PhD statistician. -
Qualified candidates may participate in the fellow’s retention
program that will provide a monthly stipend of $2,500 after
contract signing. Open to 2026/2027 fellows. - Highly competitive
compensation including call pay, satellite clinic per diems, and
benefits package, no state income tax, and a strong economy in one

company, Pediatric Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Child
