the PositionThis person is responsible for performing the daily
activities required to operate the facility, including all aspects
of guest services, cash handling, concessions, and basic
housekeeping within the facility.ResponsibilitiesThe Guest Services
Representative will be assigned to one or more of the following
skill areas:Front Desk/Reception
Communicate basic program information
to all GuestsOperate Point of Sale system in a skillful, expedient
manner while efficiently and accurately performing daily cash
handling activitiesGreet and assist Guests throughout the
facilityAnswer telephone in a cheerful, courteous and timely
mannerConcessions
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of
menu items, recipes and prices for the Snack Bar
operationEfficiently and accurately perform daily cash handling
activitiesSkillfully operate food and beverage equipment machines
and prepares product in a proficient mannerManage customer flow
including timeliness of service and line flow.Scorekeeper
Efficiently and accurately perform
scorekeeping dutiesCommunicate effectively with referees in fast
paced, dynamic environmentParty Host
Set up and decorate party room prior
to guest's arrival Set up appropriate facility signageMaintain a
positive and attentive demeanor throughout the party Provide
outstanding customer service throughout the event, ensuring that
food is served on-time, assisting with timing of field useAll above
areas are responsible for
Providing excellent guest services by
enthusiastically servicing Guests while performing a multitude of
diverse tasks, being thorough, accurate and prompt when responding
to Guest inquiries and when necessary directing the individual to
the appropriate AssociateDemonstrating the initiative and
commitment to communication and teamwork to assure optimal Guest
ServiceAdhering to First Aid and emergency guidelines and
proceduresAdhere to all OSHA Safety Standards and be alert and
communicate safety / security problems to the Supervisor or Lead
immediately.Adhering to manufacturers specifications when using
equipment or materials in order to assure no risk to self, fellow
Associates or GuestsMaintaining TOCA housekeeping standards for all
areas of the facility including; lobby, seating, restrooms, meeting
spaces, fields, player benches and officesPeriodically, efficiently
performing clerical activitiesMaintaining a professional and
organized demeanor when dealing with both internal and external
GuestsProviding services as required for special events,
tournaments and competitionsPerforming various tasks as
necessitated by Guest Service or facility requirementsAdhering to
all TOCA policies and proceduresCommunicate with guests on
inquiries into the soccer training methodology and technologySkills
Must be 16 years of age or olderIs a
highly motivated self-starter who is service minded, enthusiastic
and energeticDemonstrates an understanding of TOCA's commitment to
quality service, products and entertainmentPossesses strong
interpersonal and communication skillsConsistently maintains a
pleasant, professional and approachable styleThrives in a fast
paced, dynamic environment where required to deal with a variety of
individuals and personalitiesAble to work a flexible schedule
consisting of varying days and hours (including weekends, holidays
