Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We’re all about fresh,
made-to-order fajitas and delivering top-tier Tex-Mex straight to
our guests’ doors (or tables). Our kitchen crew is tight, fast, and
focused—and we’re looking for someone awesome to run our Tortilla
Station like a pro. What You’ll Be Doing: • Making hot, fresh
tortillas from scratch (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) • Prepping
and maintaining the tortilla station to meet volume and quality
standards • Keeping up with demand during busy shifts without
sacrificing consistency • Maintaining a clean, organized, and
food-safe work area • Supporting the kitchen team as
needed—teamwork makes the dream work! • Helping with
closing/cleaning duties as scheduled What We’re Looking For: •
Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to follow recipes
and instructions with attention to detail • Comfortable working in
a fast-paced kitchen environment • Previous restaurant or kitchen
experience is a plus (but not required) • Reliable, punctual, and a
good communicator • Must be able to stand for extended periods and
