Core Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests promptly and assisting with food and beverage selections; make recommendations, inform guests of current specials, and promote food and beverage offerings • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable laws • Take and process payments for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash handling and POS procedures • Verify guest identification to ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to individuals under the age of 21 • Maintain beverage and snack quality, presentation, and service standards at all times • Monitor guest needs throughout service and respond promptly to ensure a positive experience • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the beverage cart, bar equipment, snack bar, golf course areas, and related facilities • Perform cart and bar setup and breakdown procedures, including stocking, replenishing inventory, and reporting supply needs • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Qualifications: • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Prior customer service experience preferred • Ability to responsibly serve alcohol (TABC & Food Handlers certification or equivalent preferred) Team Member Lifestyle Perks!
