If you are looking for a company where you can grow you have found it!Job Summary: Our HR Team is searching for a dedicated and motivated Recruiter for both non-exempt and exempt level recruitment in all markets and areas of the business.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers the recruitment process from end to end including posting internal and external roles, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, communicating with managers, background checks, reference checks, drug tests, extending job offers, applicant tracking and onboarding.
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and branch leadership to develop recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Post job openings on social networks, career pages and job boards
  • Source candidates through professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring status and process
  • Screen and interview candidates during the first and second stages of the process
  • Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
  • Assists with benchmarking and job analysis
  • Assists with compensation and policy development
  • Administers performance appraisal program
  • Administers consistent application of HR policies, hiring and employment laws and compliance
  • Partner with HR to create best practices training for interviewing.
  • Manage and facilitate onboarding process
  • Strong initiative and solid judgement abilities
    Job Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven work experience as an internal recruiter (experience placing electricians, technicians, administrative, and corporate roles a plus)
    • Experience in managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers across multiple markets.
    • Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
