Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Corporate Trainer to support the training and development of our sales team as well as our corporate employees. The trainer must develop a strong understanding of how our business utilizes technology, sales techniques, and employee development tool. Then create training materials that align and support our business strategic goals and initiatives. Corporate Trainer Duties/Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Support multiple departments with training materials such as Sales and Operations.Interfaces with Senior Leadership and other relevant stakeholders to understand and evaluate employee development needs, impact, and efficacy of training programs and drive continuous improvement.Oversee the completion of regular Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to guide budgeting, development planning, and Return on Investment (ROI) measurements.Utilize Instructional Design skills and Adult Learning techniques to develop comprehensive learning programs for various teams.Analyze and communicate training program effectiveness.Manage the training development projects: materials, learning programs, curriculum, lesson plans, and course materials.Corporate Trainer CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone, email, and textStrong leadership skills. Strong project management experience with superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Desire for continuous improvement, development, and eager to develop and grow the organizationGreat attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Corporate Trainer Education and experienceHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
