Corporate Systems and Sales Trainer. This position will oversee the
creation and execution of Sales, Product, and Technical training
programs for Impact Property Solutions teams. The trainer will be
accountable for championing change adoption and management,
supporting usage of technology tools, developing Sales Playbooks,
and formalizing career pathing, job leveling, and competency
models. Corporate Systems & Sales Trainer Duties and

- Oversee the curriculum and content development of all Sales
Training material, including vertical and product knowledge, and
resource management, sales, and people development skills
- Lead team of T&E specialists to support Sales and Marketing
teams to achieve GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop custom Sales
Playbooks by customer segment
- Create process documentation to enable streamlined technology
tool adoption
- Identify sales process gaps and improvement opportunities and
create tailored training to close gaps
- Develop clear career pathing and job leveling to standardize
across team
- Oversee definition of competency models for Sales team to
clarify expectations and requirements for progression
- Formalize Impact Property Solutions brand & role training to
ensure all customers are receiving the same messaging and
positioning
- Establish methodology and cadence to reassess all strategies
and training initiatives, incorporating team and customer feedback
to alter approach as needed.Corporate Systems & Sales Trainer

software.Corporate Systems & Sales Trainer Experience and
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a
related field is preferable.
- 5 + years' of related industry sales management/consulting
and/or revenue operations experience
- 3+ years' experience facilitation proprietary computer systems
and sales training in a corporate environment.Benefits
