ABOUT THE JOB: As the Manager of Security Compliance (GRC), you will oversee the programs that protect our organization and customers through effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. This role focuses on maintaining our compliance posture, managing audits and assessments, and driving alignment across teams to meet security and privacy standards. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). What You’ll Do: Oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs aligned to SOC 2 Type II, CCPA, GDPR, and other frameworks Manage external audits, evidence collection, and control testing across the organization. Lead customer assurance activities, including security questionnaires and due diligence requests. Maintain policies, risk registers, and monitoring activities to ensure continuous compliance. Coordinate vendor security reviews and manage third-party risk. Partner with internal teams to embed compliance controls into operations and processes. Keep the trust portal and customer documentation current and accurate. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate GRC workflows. What You’ll Bring: Ability to work out of the Plano, TX office 3 days a week 5 years of experience in GRC, risk, or compliance roles within a fast-growing or regulated company. Strong understanding of frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or NIST. Proven success managing audits, customer assessments, and compliance programs. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence across teams. Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
