designs, develops, and maintains cross-platform mobile applications
(iOS/Android) and responsive web apps to support educational
programs, integrates apps with institutional systems (e.g., LMS,
SIS, assessment platforms) using APIs and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Additionally, this role ensures accessibility, usability, and
compliance with WCAG/ADA standards in all applications and
implements Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines,
testing, and performance optimization for stable and secure app
releases. Collaborates with faculty, instructional designers, and
IT teams to translate educational needs into app functionality
develops and maintains reporting/analytics features using Power BI
and other tools to support data-driven decision-making, provides
technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing updates for
deployed applications. This position is eligible for a remote work
schedule; however, the incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft.
Worth Metroplex. This position does not support H1B visa

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required - Education Bachelor's Degree in
computer science, business, or a related field. - Experience 6
years of progressively responsible experience in computer operation
and/or programming including at least 3 years as Programmer Analyst
III or equivalent. JOB DUTIES - Defines complete operation workflow
and documents customer business requirements for computer
solutions. - Analyzes business and/or scientific problems of most
complex type with ability to develop computer solutions either
through modification of existing systems or development of new
systems. - Designs computer system to accomplish solution of each
problem, integrating computer capabilities with user requirements.
- Reanalyzes computer programming problems from original design and
makes modifications as necessary. - Selects or modifies existing
computer programs or applicable program systems and structures data
formats for solution of problems. - Implements or leads
implementation of systems or job streams. - Assists in estimating
required project resources. - Provides technical advice and
guidance to other computer professionals for solution of work
problems. - Performs other duties as assigned. SECURITY AND EEO
