This role blends cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence with practical application in defense strategies to enhance Lockheed Martin’s integrated technology systems, ensuring operational excellence and technological superiority on a global stage. As part of our elite IT & Data Management team, you will leverage your expertise to push boundaries and redefine the industry's technological limits. This is your chance to be at the forefront of AI development in defense technology, contributing directly to national and international security. Conduct innovative AI research and effectively apply it to enhance Lockheed Martin’s defense and aerospace solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies with existing systems and products. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and methodologies to lead advancements in the defense sector. Prototype, test, and validate AI algorithms to ensure they meet stringent security and functionality standards. Document all phases of research and development for review and future referencing. Present findings and progress to stakeholders and senior management regularly. Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks Ability to handle large datasets and perform data mining and data analysis Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to AI Strong communication and collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in AI or Machine Learning technologies (e.g., TensorFlow certification) Clearance eligibility and compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations
