We are currently searching for an Oracle Financial
Techno-Functional Consultant: The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial
process requirements and translate them into Oracle Financial
system solutions. Lead the design, configuration, and
implementation of Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger
(GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets
(FA), and Cash Management (CM). Perform gap analysis and recommend
best practices for process improvements within the financial
systems. Manage multi-currency Oracle Enterprise setups and support
the financial close process (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
Develop, customize, and extend Oracle Financial solutions using
PL/SQL, security setups, configuration, and localization. Create
and maintain technical documentation, including solution design,
specifications, and test scripts. Develop and troubleshoot
interfaces between Oracle Financials and other applications (both
Oracle and non-Oracle enterprise systems like Dayforce and
MAC-PAC). Triage production support tickets and prioritize
implementations based on business input. Maintain SDLC best
practices including change management, unit testing, system
integration testing, and UAT coordination. Provide support managing
the business chart of accounts and cross-validation rules. Ensure
all configurations comply with corporate governance, audit, and
regulatory standards, and develop custom reports using Oracle
Reports or BI Publisher. Your Profile (Requirements) Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related
field. 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials as a
Techno-Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with Oracle
Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Strong knowledge of
financial processes such as procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash
(O2C), and record-to-report (R2R). Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle
Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OIC. Knowledge of Oracle APIs,
interfaces, data conversions, and the Oracle cloud’s security
model. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and
reporting requirements. Proven ability to analyze business
processes, align technology solutions, and translate technical
concepts into business terms. Ability to work independently and
within a team environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a
focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of
the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Relevant
Oracle Cloud certifications. Experience with eInvoicing, preferably
with Avalara. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI
coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English: Required for
presenting to executive leadership and global technical teams.
Advanced Oral Spanish. Notes On-site. Relocation Assistance is
