Job Description:

Regulatory Specialist, Health Applies regulatory experience to provide guidance relating to TCPA and FCC regulations on marketing and communication materials. Reviews and approves Medicare Advantage / PDP / Medicare Supplement and ACA marketing and communications materials and provides guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and ACA marketing regulations. Provides executive summaries for proposed regulatory rules. Works with other areas of the organization on the development and implementation of process and system changes to continually meet the obligations and initiatives of a robust compliance program. Assists with the development of written policies and procedures regarding compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. Assists internal business units with responding to carrier audits and related corrective action plans. Assists with internal audits and compliance monitoring. Coordinates and assists with the handling of insurance agent complaints. Assists with the development and implementation of risk assessments. Other duties as assigned. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience with health insurance or similar. 3 years’ experience with health insurance benefits and/or operations. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, PDP, or MedSupp products. Familiarity with Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG). Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ability to analyze data reports. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 10-15% travel required This is an in-office position: 5 days in office (Dallas, TX).
