About the Role Beal Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of Texas Family Law experience. This role is designed for a motivated, self-directed attorney who can manage cases with confidence while working within a highly organized, process-driven environment. This is a hybrid / remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining integration with the firms workflows, standards, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Manage Texas Family Law matters including divorce, custody, support, modification, and enforcement cases Conduct client consultations and strategy discussions Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and legal correspondence Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed Communicate professionally and consistently with clients Work within the firms case management and documentation systems Maintain accuracy, organization, and timeliness across assigned matters Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing Minimum 3 years of Texas Family Law experience required Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Courtroom experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Compensation structure is variable and based on experience, performance, and overall fit Access to firm resources, systems, and administrative support Opportunity to work within a highly structured and efficient practice environment Professional development and long-term growth potential Why Join Beal Law Firm?
