Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Operational
Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of
production employees to achieve goals and maintain high standards
of quality. This role will require a combination of technical
expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication to drive
team success. CORE FUNCTIONS · Partner with the Leadership on
employee scheduling, labor efficiency, work instructions, and
throughput. · Collaborate with other area leads and supervisors to
facilitate cross-training opportunities; develop employee knowledge
in multiple skill sets. · Implement work instructions to ensure
employee knowledge and accuracy is up to date. · Collaborate with
purchasing, production scheduler, and shipping to monitor and
maintain accurate inventory levels for all parts. · Effectively
communicate maintenance issues and repair and replace consumables
as needed. · Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting
and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets. · Serve as the
initial point of contact and primary support resource for
employees, functioning as the first line of defense in addressing
and resolving various issues they may encounter. · Perform other
related or non-related duties as assigned through on-the-job
training. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience ·
High school diploma or equivalent and/or a combination of
experience and education required. · Minimum of 2 years in
manufacturing and/or distribution setting with some leadership
responsibilities required. · 3-5 years in years in manufacturing
and/or distribution setting with some leadership responsibilities

meetings. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead: working team member
who coordinates, supports, trains, and is a knowledge resource for
other team members. No direct reports or supervisory
responsibility. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · This position is subject to
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or
up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of
force constantly to move objects. Physical Activities · This
position is subject to the following physical activities: climbing,
balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking,
pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, crawling, talking,
hearing, and repetitive motions. Visual Acuity · The worker is
required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as
preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a
computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving
small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including
inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of
fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. Working
Conditions · The worker is subject to inside and outside
environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and
hazards from a production-based environment.
