Temp Now Hiring: Industrial Production Associate Pay: $18.00/HR Looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are assembled, processed, and packaged safely while meeting quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing: - Support production and assembly operations - Load and unload materials, components, and finished products - Assist with machine operation and basic production tasks - Monitor production flow and report issues to supervisors - Inspect products for defects and quality concerns - Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe - Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and company policies - Help meet daily production and performance goals What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or GED preferred - Manufacturing or industrial work experience a plus - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed What You Can Expect: - Full-time, steady employment - Hands-on industrial work environment - Team-based production setting - Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience Interested?
