HelpDesk Analyst II (GSuite)
Dallas, TX (On-site)
Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 4-6 related experience or
Experience providing support on GSuite or Google Workspace
Familiarity with Netsuite, iPads and Chromebooks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email
Provide technical assistance to computer users.
Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in
person, via telephone or electronically.
Assists customers/end users with questions on installation, usage,
and implementation of hardware.
Familiarity with VoIP systems as well as new phone installation and
Responds to and investigates customer/end user inquiries, concerns,
and issues via phone, and e-mail in a timely and courteous
Answers customer inquiries and provides appropriate technical
and/or product-related information.
Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all
applicable internal staff members.
Able to work efficiently within a ticketing\case system.
Basic understanding of networks and networking.
Maintains working knowledge of processes and/or services.
Set-up and maintain computer equipment.
Maintain computer equipment inventory.
Ability to work with vendors
Monitor ticketing\case system and respond to user submitted
